About Dr Hutchinson-Colas:
Dr. Hutchinson-Colas graduated from SUNY-Brooklyn where she also performed her residency and went on to perform a fellowship in Urogynecology/Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. She then continued her education at George Washington University and holds an MBA in Healthcare.

Dr. Hutchinson-Colas has a broad background in women’s health, with specific training and expertise in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Her research interests include evaluation of prolapse and incontinence. She has a special interest in educational research with regards to student and resident education in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Hutchinson-Colas is a member of the Women’s Health Institute at Rutgers, where she collaborates with other researchers, and participates in multidisciplinary research. She currently holds the positions of Chief of the Division of Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery and Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Her professional memberships include: American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists; American Urogynecological Society; American Association of Physician Executives; Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics and the International Urogynecological Society
