About Dr. Gordon....

A graduate of SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine, Dr. Gordon completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. She is currently a Senior Research Fellow in Rheumatology at the New York Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. She has been involved in scleroderma research since her residency when she worked with Virginia Steen, MD. She is currently a clinician and a clinical/translational researcher at Hospital for Special Surgery where she serves as a co-investigator with Robert Spiera, MD, in the Gleevec in Systemic Sclerosis Clinical Trial and in the Scleroderma Registry. She has presented some of her own work to the American College of Rheumatology.
