About Dr. White:
Dr. White is a physician with the University of Rochester PHA Comprehensive Care Center. He earned his MD and PhD degrees while in an NIH funded Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Pittsburgh. He performed his post-doctoral training and residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Over his career, Dr. White has won a number of awards and patents as well as co-authored several journal articles. He serves as a steering committee leader in drug development projects with many pharmaceutical companies. Dr. White’s lab and research have an overall goal to provide better care to patients with a rare disease of the lung blood vessels, pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
