About Ms. Soto-Cardona:
Elizabeth Soto-Cardona, MPH is the Manager of the Scleroderma, Vasculitis & Myositis Center at Hospital for Special Surgery. Mrs. Soto-Cardona completed her Masters Public Health in Community Health Education from The CUNY School of Public Health at Hunter College.  She is presently developing new support programs for patients with chronic disease aimed at helping them better cope with their illnesses and improve their quality of life.
